Stella Arballo
Licensed Phlebotomist, Lab Coordinator
Stella is a licensed phlebotomist and our lab coordinator, a role she takes pride in as it allows her to play a critical part in patient care.
Stella Arballo was born and raised in the state of California. Growing up in such a diverse environment has shaped her perspective and ambitions, installing in her a passion for helping others.
Outside of her professional life, Stella enjoys camping, skiing, and spending time with family. She continues to seek further education in the healthcare field to enhance her skills and knowledge.
Nina Torti
Functional Health Practitioner
A certified functional medicine practitioner specializing in maternal health, weight management, and gut health, draws from her personal healing journey through postpartum mental health challenges to guide and empower other mothers.
After rediscovering her vitality through a functional medicine, she became passionate about helping moms feel like themselves again after childbirth.
Her approach emphasizes “test, don’t guess” and adapts to the realities of motherhood, focusing on sustainable, practical changes rather than complete lifestyle overhauls. Now a mom of two, she understands the unique challenges moms face and works to create realistic solutions.
Outside of her work, she enjoys weight training, podcasts, and time with her children. Through her platform, she supports and inspires mothers to reclaim their health and well-being, one step at a time.
